Congratulations to the King family on the purchase of their beautiful new home in Gretna!

Like many young families, they had simply outgrown their current home but weren’t sure how the process of buying and selling at the same time would actually work. Their biggest concern was timing everything correctly without creating unnecessary stress, double moves, or overlapping mortgage payments.

After sitting down together and walking through the entire process step by step, they quickly gained clarity and confidence in the plan. We created a strategy for preparing their current home for the market while also beginning the search for the right next home for their family. Once they found “the one,” everything moved quickly.
