A huge congratulations to our seller and finally being able to close this chapter ‼️

This particular property hit the market early this year, we did everything right from top to bottom. All new paint inside, all new carpet throughout, new lightbulbs throughout, deck painted, and many more items to put our best foot forward.

The market determined that we had a lot of interest, but no buyers for this property. A short while later, we had an offer that was very fair. That deal, it fell apart!

Back on the market the very next day three offers. Finally today, this beautiful well taken care of Home belongs to a new homeowner ‼️

Another great start to the week‼️

Not all real estate stories are created equal.

One of these properties had speed bumps along the way. Closing was delayed nearly 3 week. Due to the county and state of IA on a septic inspection.

But we jumped all hurdles and did everything we could do to help our clients who weee buying this beautiful home.

The investment property was delayed a few days due to unforeseen circumstances. But we got it done.

The first home has been up and down, the original buyers made the mistake of buying a new car before closing! 😳 Back on the market we went, 3 offers in 24 hours‼️

The rehab home had lots of traffic and it took just the right buyer to see the vision 👀
