When we are called upon by friends and family, we dig a little deeper and work a little harder‼️

This seller is near and dear to me as she was like a second mom growing up. When I was asked to help close this chapter I knew we had to cross our t’s and dot our i’s.

Today we crossed the finish line🎉

We had over 25 showings in 48 hours and a solid offer to work with.

After removing the inspection contingency, we focused on the VA appraisal guidelines to clear with no issues. A little repair to concrete, a drywall patch in the garage, a few junction box covers and we were good.

It is important to know the VA/FHA guidelines when guiding sellers on the sale of their home! This can cause deals to fall apart later if not addressed upfront.
