Before you hit the road or board that flight, here's a quick legal checklist most families forget:

☑ Do you have a Medical Power of Attorney? (If something happens while you're traveling, who makes decisions for you?)
☑ Is your Financial Power of Attorney up to date?
☑ Do your beneficiary designations still reflect your wishes?
