Summer in Oklahoma asks a little more of all of us.

Every year, we see the same few things:
- Boats out after dark with no lights on
- Tires that couldn't handle a week of 100 degree heat
- A grill left a little too close to the porch

Food Truck Friday is back, and this one is bringing serious heat.

This Friday, August 21st from 11am to 1pm, we're pulling up with Blackxican Soul Food Shak right here at 3601 N. Classen. Think birria tacos, oxtail street tacos, collard green quesadillas, and more. Mexican soul food fusion straight out of OKC.

Here's the honest, no-paperwork version if a friend or family member ever was in need of advice.

Get checked out, even if you feel fine, shock can hide how hard you actually got hit. Don't talk to the other driver's insurance company alone. Write down what you remember while it's fresh: the light, the road, the seconds before it happened.
