A landmark study on how cannabis affects driving ability has shown that cannabidiol (CBD), a cannabis component now widely used for medical purposes, does not impair driving, while moderate amounts of the main intoxicating component tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) produce mild driving impairment lasting up to four hours.

Just got word that Brian Morton-- of Edge Law Firm and Hunsucker Legal Group--
secured a win in Tulsa on the mouthpiece issue which can impact all breath tests in the State.
DPS is obviously appealing and if the supreme Court upholds our position – It will invalidate Every Breath test in the State.
This will be the 4th time the Edge-Hunsucker team has invalidated the breath tests state wide.
