Huge congrats to our buyers! They beat out 4 other offers to secure this one 👏🏻

This sale was a little different because it was an REO property, meaning the home was owned by the lender, sold completely as-is + the seller had limited knowledge of the property’s history & condition!

Our buyers made sure to complete plenty of inspections so they could feel confident moving forward, and the best part - they walked into instanttt equity💰
