Ocala/Marion County Housing Market Sees Increased Buyer Activity as Pending Sales Rise in September.
Although closed sales declined slightly, new pending sales increased 5.6%, homes reached contract faster than a year ago, and the median sale price remained relatively stable at $289,900.
