Legal Document Preparation Store looking for an Office Receptionist who is responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling client interactions, notarizing forms and providing administrative support to staff. Their duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, preparing paperwork, tidying up the office, running errands and organizing files. Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. $500 per week.
Skills Required:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*. Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high stress environment.
*. Handling difficult and emotional clients with an easy going thick skin nature.
Must know how to use a computer. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation. Must be willing to obtain notary license, if not already a notary. Business attire required.
The first 90 days of employment shall be a probationary period. During this time, performance will be evaluated to determine suitability for continued employment
