The Law Studies Success Program is a one on one bar exam and law school tutorial that has been serving bar exam candidates in California and UBE jurisdictions as well as law students for over 37 years. Meeting with students on FaceTime, Skype, and Zoom, the tutorial’s approach has always focused on the individual student’s needs, strengths, goals, and linguistic challenges of non-native students.
The one on one tutorial sessions now average between 2 to 2 1/2 hours meeting on a schedule that is convenient to the individual student. Students appreciate the well organized modules of the 17 subjects and the three areas of essay, performance tests, and MBE preparation. Instead of just grouping subjects on the outdated and poorly organized manner of lumping all the MBE subjects in one cluster then all the non-MBE subjects in another, the LSSP tutorial program divides the 17 subjects into three major Modules where the courses share similar doctrines and fosters an easier methodology of retaining the information.

The First Module consists of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, California & FRE Evidence, Constitutional Law plus the first Performance Test Module which focuses on making the student an expert in what to look for and use in the Task Memo, the File Documents, and the Library statutes and/or cases.
This first P.T. Module addresses Persuasive Memos, Letters, & Briefs.

The Second Module consists of Contracts & Remedies, Torts & Remedies, Civil Procedure (both FRCP & California), Agency & Partnerships, LLCs, Corporations, & Ethics. The Second Performance Test Module centers exclusively on Objective Memos.

The Third and final Module contains Real Property & Remedies, Community Property, plus Wills & Trusts. The Third Performance Test Module provides a review of the most challenging Persuasive & Objective P.T.s as well as Closing Arguments, & Fact-Oriented Task P.T.s.

Bar candidates are provided with all necessary supportive materials for each course. The tutorial programs are divided among double Early Bird programs, normal Early Bird Programs, and the Regular Full Tutorial Programs. Congratulations to Santa Clara Law School graduate, Azima Subedar, on passing the July, 2011 California Bar Exam. She travelled a great distance and worked very hard to achieve success in her bar tutorial. Here's hoping her success will continue in her professional life as an attorney.

Congratulations to Chris Andersen on passing the July, 2011 California bar exam. Chris has been a consistently hard worker throughout his tutorial while at San Francisco Law School and has had to balance a very demanding work schedule during law school and for part of his bar exam studies. He is an excellent spokesman for the Law Studies Success Program.

Congratulations to Chris Andersen and Mark Santamaria who recently graduated from SF Law School and took the July, 2011 Bar Exam. These two LSSP students continually achieved great success in law school throughout the past 3 years as LSSP law students. Chris Andersen wrote much of the pre-trial motions and trial brief contents for a Superior Court trial in Sacramento while still in law school.

Congratulations to Nichole Benson, a third year L.S.S.P. student at S.F. Law School who wrote a key motion for the S.F. D.A.'s office which lead a S.F. judge to order a new psychiatric evaluation of a criminal defendant. She has been in the LSSP tutorial for two years now and has experienced much success in and out of law school.
