Milestone…2nd child (adult) officially moved in to her college dorm. As me nor Leo had this experience, we are so proud and honored to be parents to our high achieving children. Lileahna has always had dreams and goals that were BIG, still does. Go do your thing sweet girl. Do big things, love others, change the world for the better!
Also, so much fun to have 3 families we know from the valley! ❤️

16🎂!! Landez (landas-Tagalog for path/destiny) was the first boy that has the last name “Leiva” out of the 8 siblings of my Father in Law’s family. He was destined to take on the next generation.
Landez is light-hearted, creative, musical, good singer, funny, and smart. He is destined for so much this abundant life has to offer. Sky is the limit Babe, reach for greatness. You are loved! Dad and Mom love you so much. We are so proud of you taking and learning steps on how to be a good young man.

Here is a Client that used the down payment assistance program, and I was able to get him a $15,000 credit right from our offer, and was accepted! He is in his early 20’s getting to own his own home for $288.18!!
Total out of pocket $1,288.18. $1k was his deposit. PMZ Real Estate

PART 2: Japan 🇯🇵🩷

A dream of graduation trips for each kid, this time is JAPAN 🇯🇵 as Lileahna’s choice…(we were in Paris as Linelle’s choice 2 yrs ago.)
We went to DisneySea and Disneyland, walked, ate, shopped, rode the subway, bullet train to Osaka and Kyoto, bought food from 7 eleven, rode hop on and hop off bus around Tokyo, celebrated Leo Jr’s bday, went up SkyTree, went up Tokyo Tower-saw part of Mt. Fuji from the top, bought lots of toys, bought too many drinks from vending machines, Ninja show, Samurai history, dinner cruise around Tokyo Bay, toured many beautiful temples.
Most of all so many family memories together. My In-Laws were able to join us with all the fun. They were troopers and walked, and tried new foods. So thankful for the time and health, which are really the wealth of life, spend it wisely. ❤️ Part 1
Until the next graduation trip…

My youngest, 14🎂!! Leo III was born on Father’s Day, so he got Dad’s and Papa’s name. He’s witty, funny, athletic, smart, loves to cook, stylish with his many hairstyles, easy going and so much more.
