sed my entire career on putting my clients’ real estate needs and goals among the highest of my priorities which my clients appreciate. In turn, they refer their friends, family and colleagues to me which allows me to continue to provide exceptional service. Many real estate professionals take a transactional approach to sales; identifying clients, closing the deal, and then moving on to the next one. I choose work exclusively by referral because I believe my clients deserve more from the Realtor they decide to work with. Since my primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust me, I devote all of my time, energy, and resources to serving my clients’ needs before, during, and after each real estate transaction through my After Sales Service and Client Appreciation Programs. As the basis for these programs, I am able to provide my clients with enhanced marketing strategies and home staging, expert negotiation, focused attention on meeting their real estate needs, ongoing client care, refinance and mortgage referral assistance, annual review of property values, a nationwide network of like-minded Realtors to assist in other markets, and referrals to exceptional trades-people and professionals. An important component of my value is the network I make available to my clients. It is with this goal in mind that I am looking to connect with and expand my network of like-minded professionals.
