Funny enough, this opportunity came through our lawn guy, who connected us with the seller after hearing she was overwhelmed trying to manage the property from Texas. She had already moved out, was driving back every other week to clean things up, didnโ€™t have the resources to make repairs, and honestly just didnโ€™t know what to do next.

After one phone conversation, my wife and I met her at the property on a Saturday evening. We walked the house, sat and talked for hours, and just connected on a real level. No pressure. No complicated process.

We told her to take what she wanted and leave whatever she didnโ€™t. Our goal was simple: make this as easy and stress-free for her as possible.
