Please welcome Kathleen Duffy Smith to our office! Kathleen is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Widener University School of Law. With over twenty-five years of experience, Kathleen spent most of her legal career with the State of Delaware. Since 2012 she has volunteered with Wills for Seniors, a pro bono program offering free legal services to the elderly. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to New York City to see the latest Broadway shows. Kathleen is available to assist with the preparation of Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Healthcare Directives.
