As a family law attorney on Staten Island with more than 20 years of experience guiding families through the divorce process, in Family Court as well as Supreme Court, I understand what you are going through. Many issues in divorce are related:
Before you can resolve such issues as marital property division and spousal maintenance, you need to determine whether you can afford to live on your own or remain in your house. I can help you create a plan for life post-divorce. Before you can determine how much child support you are entitled to receive or obligated to pay, we need to negotiate a child custody and visitation agreement (also called a "parenting plan") that works for you and your soon-to-be ex. The majority of divorces I handle on Staten Island are resolved through settlement, not in court. Proper representation, preparation and knowledge of the law makes this possible. My goal is to complete your divorce as quickly as possible, while protecting your rights and helping you prepare for the future. Collaborative Law

I assist families on Staten Island in a variety of estate matters, from creating a will to administering an estate after a family member dies. Organization and follow-through are important qualities to look for in choosing an estate planning lawyer. When you come to my law office, I can explain how preparing a will, designating a power of attorney, or establishing a health care proxy can protect your interests or those of a family member. I can also guide your family through the probate and administrative process in surrogate's court to finalize a loved one's estate. I also help the person designated to administer the estate to gather the assets, pay creditors, obtain a TAX ID number and set up an estate account. Contact Us
