1️⃣ The Guest Policy: How many nights a week can other people stay over? What’s the "heads up" window for out-of-town visitors?
2️⃣ Cleaning Up: Does someone expect no dishes left in the sink overnight? Define your communal space expectations.
3️⃣ Utility Details: Are you splitting everything 50/50? Who is putting the Wi-Fi in their name, etc.?
