This one is officially SOLD — and I can honestly say this was probably one of the longest closings we’ve ever had… and hopefully ever will have! 😂 But through every delay, hurdle, and unexpected twist along the way, this transaction turned into such a beautiful reminder of what can happen when really good people work together.
My wonderful buyers, Miss Christine and her family, came to me as a referral from the kindest REALTOR in Pennsylvania, Andy Woods, and somewhere along the way I truly feel like I gained new friends. They are such precious people, and I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to walk through this journey with them.
A huge thank you to Brenda Ochoa, the selling agent, for being so patient and kind throughout the process. The seller was also incredibly gracious, and that spirit of cooperation made all the difference.
The lender, Roger Mansourian, all the way in California, did a phenomenal job. Even with the time difference, he was always accessible, helpful, and kind. And as always, Stephen Webb was wonderful to work with on the legal side here locally.
I also could not have done this without Tracy Tank and Daphnne Wooten. Tracy and I definitely tag-teamed this one, and Daphnne brought the kind of wisdom, experience, and steady support that only years in this business can bring. When things get complicated, having the right people beside you means everything.
This closing took a lot of teamwork, patience, and perseverance, but in the end, everyone worked together so well to make it happen. Honestly, this is how real estate should work — people showing grace, communicating well, and doing everything they can to get to the finish line together.
