After a full day of trial today before a jury in Ionia County Circuit Court, NLN attorney Andy LaPres secured NOT GUILTY verdicts for his client on charges of assault with intent to commit great bodily harm less than murder and domestic violence. These not guilty verdicts mark the second felony jury trial that Andy has won in two different counties during the last 6 days. Of special note, NLN attorney Eric Nelson also won a jury trial in Muskegon County on this same day!

After 3 days of trial, attorney Andy LaPres secured not-guilty verdicts for his client on all charges before a jury in Newaygo County Circuit Court. Our client was facing a certain prison sentence if convicted of these serious felonies, with the possibility of up to 22.5 years behind bars.

After 2 days of trial, today an Ottawa County Circuit Court jury found attorney Andy LaPres' client NOT GUILTY of felony delivery of drugs. The allegations were that Andy's client sold co***ne to a confidential informant during an undercover operation by WEMET.

Today, attorney Andy LaPres had the FELONY case against his client dismissed by the court at the preliminary examination. His client is an MDOC officer who was charged with misconduct in office in connection to a use of force incident.
