Congratulations to my Sellers on the sale of their home in Hanahan! Within just 48 hours of hitting the market, we received multiple offers and were able to choose the right contract to fit their needs, timeline, and goals.

SOLD on Daniel Island! 🏡
This one was special for a lot of reasons.
Homes like this don’t come around often on the island. My sellers were the original owners, and crazy enough, they had to enter a lottery just for the opportunity to purchase it back then!
Fast forward to today, and we were able to get it SOLD within 48 hours with multiple offers over list price 🔥
Even better, this marks my 4th transaction with these guys. I’ve been fortunate enough to have helped them through several different walks of life over the years, so getting to be a part of this next chapter was definitely a full-circle moment. I’m incredibly grateful for their continued trust in me 🙏
This one was also a great reminder of how important teamwork is in real estate, on all sides of the transaction. Being a part of Carolina One also gave us the ability to create some early traction and exposure before we ever officially hit the market, and that momentum helped us deliver a great result.

Congratulations to my investor client for his recent sale in Charlestowne Estates! He put his heart and soul into this project, and it shows. So much that we were able to put this home under contract TWICE!
In real estate, things happen. There’s things you can and can’t control, but at the end of the day, if you have a plan in place and can adapt to any circumstance, you’re golden. Shoutout to the whole team on this one, can’t wait to do it again!

It was always my clients goal to have a house on the water with a sunset. In fact, it was one of the things they had on their bucket list when they married. Well after a few years of searching high and low, they finally found the one!
