Sometimes the biggest step toward homeownership is realizing you might be closer than you think. ❤️

Our first-time homebuyers started this journey thinking buying a home probably wasn’t possible for them. Fast forward to today, and they’re officially homeowners in the Marsh Walk section of Park West in Mount Pleasant! 🏡

We love these closings because they’re a reminder that the path to buying a home isn’t always as out of reach as it may seem. The right plan, the right guidance and a little willingness to explore the possibilities can make a difference.

🎶 Thursday nights in Mount Pleasant are getting a pretty good soundtrack.

Live Under the Oaks returns to Mt. Pleasant Towne Centre this October with free live music, food, drinks, and a different local band to check out each week:

🎵 Oct. 8: Tripping Billy Goats
🎵 Oct. 15: The Novatones
🎵 Oct. 22: Dallas Baker and Friends
🎵 Oct. 29: Memphis Lightning

The concerts run 6–8 PM and are free to attend. Bring a chair or blanket, grab some food, and settle in under the oaks. 🌳🎶

For the first time since 2004, the longtime Mount Pleasant Halloween tradition isn’t happening. But the creators behind Fright Nights aren’t sitting this Halloween out.

Trey and Traci Smith — the original creators of Boone Hall Fright Nights — are bringing a new haunted experience to XscapeWorks in North Charleston.

If you love dim sum and soup dumplings, you’re going to want to know about this one!

The team behind Chef Loong Dim Sum in West Ashley is bringing Loong Yan Dim Sum to Johnnie Dodds Boulevard. The new spot is expected to serve soup dumplings, noodles, bao, scallion pancakes and more.

And there’s a fun detail: diners will be able to watch the dumplings being made through a viewing area. 👀🥟
