*** Michigan Supreme Court rules in our favour!

In 2009, JE was convicted of 1st degree murder in connection with a 2007 shooting. In 2014, it was discovered the prosecution withheld evidence from JE’s defense attorney. Attorney Richard J. Goodman argued the case before the Michigan Supreme Court on March 3, 2022. The Court’s decision came out today and based upon the withheld evidence the Court reversed JE’s conviction and granted him a new trial.

Again, justice delayed but not denied.
