You know what they say—good things never last, so take advantage of them while they’re here! This was no exception for Bennington Place’s time on the market. In just two days, the home was under contract with a strong offer the sellers couldn’t refuse.

With a total of 4 days on the market (INCLUDING coming back active after the first contract fell through) this stunner in Brunswick Crossing is officially sold! It is no surprise this home went over list with multiple offers - the sellers took the time to maintain and upgrade every inch of this home - and when life came knocking, they were ready to go!

Everyone circumstances for wanting to move can vary so greatly, and some times it comes more urgently than others. Congratulations to my sellers on capitalizing on the interest in their home, while also upgrading to a new construction with huge financial incentives! This was a smart financial play and exactly(!) why being financially savvy in todays times is incredibly important!

Another fun fact - these sellers came from my High School connections, so thankful for the Glenelg community for supporting and helping each other all these years later!

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 🧡

This season always makes me pause and think about the families I’ve walked alongside this year — the milestones, the late-night texts, the tours in the rain, the “this is the one” moments, ALL of it. Every step reminds me why I love what I do.

To my clients, and everyone who trusts me with such an important chapter of their lives… thank you. Your stories mean the world to me, and being part of them is something I’ll never take for granted.
