When no one believed Val, we did.

After a serious crash, Val was blamed by everyone — the police, the other driver, his insurance company, even her own. But she knew the truth: she hadn’t caused it. She had serious injuries, medical bills, lost wages, and a totaled vehicle — with nowhere to turn.

She came to us looking for someone to listen — and we did more than that. We launched an investigation, hired a crash reconstructionist, and pulled black box data from the vehicles. The results were clear: the other driver had been speeding excessively, and their front tires were worn down to the brink of being illegal.

We sent our findings to the at-fault driver’s insurance company. Within 24 hours, they mailed out a check for the full policy limits.

Desai Law is pleased to announce the additions of Bailey Longwell and Sam Dhaliwal.

Bailey Longwell is the firm’s medical analyst. She comes from 9 years of nursing assistant experience at Ruby hospital, primarily in the Trauma unit.

Sam Dhaliwal is an associate attorney with the firm. He comes from a large personal injury law firm in Pittsburgh, PA. Sam is a passionate and dedicated litigator.
