I don't say that for applause, I say it because my clients needed me and that's always going to be enough reason to show up.

"Busy" is very real, but cannot always be an excuse.

I preach showing up for your clients, your family, and your community, but none of that is possible if you are not showing up for yourself first.

Get the mammogram. Keep the appointment. Stay on top of your health even when life is full. You cannot pour from an empty cup and you cannot fight for anyone if you are not well.
