💻 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Post on social media DAILY (not all real estate — we love personality + lifestyle content)
• Manage our Facebook & Instagram
• Post at least ONE video per week (Reel/TikTok/YouTube)
• Film listing walk-throughs and agent content
• Design graphics, signs & business cards for agents
• Create flyers for open houses, new listings, under contract & just sold
• Audit + elevate our team website
• Design SmartPlan templates for our database
• Organize + promote client events
• Send quarterly mailouts to our client database
Basically… you run the marketing show 🎤✨
