POLÍTICAS & RECORDATORIOS:

* CITAS Y PREPARACIÓN: Se requiere cita previa. Los documentos deben estar completos e incluir todas las páginas. Deben estar llenados, pero no firmados hasta que se le indique en la cita de notarización.

* IDENTIFICACIÓN VÁLIDA REQUERIDA: Todos los firmantes deben estar presentes con una identificación válida, vigente y con fotografía emitida por el gobierno. Los nombres deben coincidir exactamente con los documentos.

* CANCELACIONES, RETRASOS E INASISTENCIAS:
En caso de retraso, se otorgará un período de gracia de 15 minutos. Llegadas posteriores a los 15 minutos, cancelaciones realizadas con 1 hora o menos de anticipación a la cita, o inasistencias, resultarán en el cobro total del servicio y requerirán un depósito para agendar futuras citas.

PARA CITAS CON SERVICIO MÓVIL: Para citas ubicadas a más de 15 millas (vuelta redonda), el pago total del servicio deberá realizarse con al menos 1 hora antes- para confirmar y asegurar la cita. Si el traslado hacia su ubicación ya ha comenzado, y se cancela, la tarifa de viaje será cobrada independientemente de la cancelación.

*TARIFAS ADICIONALES Y AVISO LEGAL: Citas fuera del horario habitual o en días festivos pueden incluir cargos adicionales. IMPRESIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS- Puede aplicar un costo extra por impresión de documentos. No se proporciona ninguna asesoría legal. Se le dará recomendaciones de abogados para acudir a asesoramiento.
