Hi everyone! I will be out of town from May 1 through May 11 and will return to work on May 12.

Hello, this is Elida Zurita, your health insurance agent.
I wanted to let you know that I will be in surgery on December 3rd and recovering from December 3rd through December 8th. They will be removing my thyroid due to my recent cancer diagnosis.

My last day taking in-person appointments will be December 1st.

During my recovery, I will be available by text only at 956-543-2158. Please feel free to text me, and I will respond as soon as I am able.

For my Medicare clients: Final enrollment day is December 7th.
For my ACA clients: We have until December 15th to complete enrollment for coverage starting January 1, 2026.
