Before your next maintenance request, ask yourself:

✅ Have I checked the circuit breaker?
✅ Did I replace the batteries in the thermostat or smoke detector (if applicable)?
✅ Is the GFCI outlet in the kitchen or bathroom reset?
✅ Did I make sure it's not a simple fix?

Many common issues have quick solutions that can save you time and get things working again without waiting for a service visit.

Of course, if the problem persists or involves plumbing, electrical issues, heating/cooling, or anything that could be unsafe, contact your property manager right away.
