Ally Law

Ally Law We deliver local business intelligence and value with global depth and reach. WHY ALLY LAW? Ally law firms are subject to a vetting process.

Wherever your business takes you, Ally Law’s 2,300+ lawyers in 40+ countries are there, delivering local business intelligence and value with global depth and reach. Here’s how we’re different:

We’re serious about quality client service

We take your satisfaction seriously and use systems and standards to back that up. We use rigorous and detailed service standards. You will be invited to provide

your written assessment of the service you receive. We are a network of independent firms, and that works to your advantage. Ally Law can remove any firm that fails to meet standards or receives poor evaluations. Many of our firms have worked with other Ally firms for over 15 years. We use those relationships to meet your needs in many jurisdictions, saving you the hassle and uncertainty of locating capable counsel on your own. Collaborating across the country or around the world is a familiar and well-vetted service capability. A local cost structure, resulting in better value

Each Ally Law firm independently sets its rates appropriate to that firm’s location. We believe this decentralized, locally based rate structure offers better value for your legal services budget. We invite you to compare our rates with the fees charged by mega firms. We are also open to alternative fee arrangements to provide you with greater predictability and savings. We believe you will appreciate our value orientation. A shared commitment to you

Our independent firms created Ally Law for one purpose—to better serve your legal needs across many jurisdictions. Our common denominator is a commitment to excellent client service and your business objectives. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your particular needs for legal counsel. Our network of local firms is ready and able to provide what you need, where you need it. Our focus is squarely on your legal and business goals. Our business and industry perspective

It is not enough to understand law in a theoretical way; to be effective, excellent legal skills must be balanced by practical business sense and a depth of knowledge about the industry or sector in which you operate. The firms of Ally Law individually and together pursue opportunities to enhance knowledge of your industry. We have a depth of expertise in the healthcare, energy, technology, retail, real estate and construction and leisure/hospitality sectors and are noted for our skills in labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions and business litigation. A broad global footprint

Ally Law has its origins in the International Alliance of Law Firms, a major global network founded 25 years ago. With 60+ member firms in 40+ countries, Ally Law is a distinct advantage for clients that require broader geographic coverage. Legal Disclaimer:
Ally Law is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or advice. The independent law firms participating in the Ally Law network are not affiliated and are not engaged in the joint practice of law. Ally Law is not an association, partnership or joint venture. Each member firm is an independent autonomous law firm and renders professional services independently and separately. Clients must retain each firm directly using separate engagement letters for each firm. Each law firm is responsible only for its work and is not responsible for and does not review or supervise the work of any other firm.

For too many people, war is not something they read about in newspapers. It is an act of direct, personal violence against themselves, their families, and their cultures. Our sincerest thanks go to Denys Myrgorodskyi, Managing Partner of Dynasty Law & Investment Firm in the Ukraine, for sharing his experiences operating his firm during the ongoing conflict. Denys identified some of his and his firm’s top priorities:

- Caring for their people's basic needs. The firm collected and distributed water, food, medical kits, and other supplies to help the firm’s lawyers, staff and their families with fundamental requirements.
- Clear, timely communications. With facts on the ground changing constantly, the firm established processes for keeping lawyers and clients informed.
- Maintaining a sense of purpose. When uncertainty reigns, it is important to establish shared goals.
- Financial planning. In response to previous, regional economic challenges, the firm had set aside funds to help weather the storm. These funds could be repurposed to help the firm maintain operations and provide financial relief for staff in need.

At the end of his moving presentation, Denys got even more personal. One of Ally Law’s fundamental values is the power of human connection. Denys thanked delegates Maximilian Zirm and Erich Gibel for helping his family relocate to Vienna for their safety. A few months ago, Denys was able to rejoin his family in Vienna, where he continues to work on behalf of his family and clients, and to support his country as they pursue an end to the war.
