✨ Meet the Attorney ✨

I’m Scarlett Travis, founder and attorney of Travis Law Firm, LLC. I am honored to serve individuals and families throughout Central Alabama in the areas of probate, estate administration, estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, and related matters.

My journey to becoming an attorney began at the University of West Florida, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, graduating cm laude. I then attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where I earned my Juris Doctor, graduated cm laude, and finished in the top 15% of my class. Before opening Travis Law Firm, I gained valuable experience practicing probate, estate planning, real estate, family law, and civil litigation. Today, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate life’s most important legal matters with practical guidance and personalized representation.

Outside of the office, my greatest joy is my family. My husband, Brendan, and I are raising our son, Clark, who reminds me every day why helping families plan for the future is so meaningful. Building a law firm that allows me to serve my community while also being present for my family has been one of the greatest blessings of my career.
