This past week has been especially rewarding, and I have had the pleasure of working with some truly amazing clients people I am grateful to call lifelong friends. Even with the summer heat rolling in, it certainly didn't slow us down!
🏡 One wonderful gentleman trusted me to list his property. We received an accepted contract after just 3 days on the market and successfully closed in only 27 days.
🏡 Longtime friends of mine listed their beautiful home, went under contract in just 16 days, closed within 35 days, and then purchased their forever home only 2 days after closing on their sale.
🏡 I also had the pleasure of helping another client with both the listing and purchase side of a cash transaction.
