A tragic Deerfield Beach crash on May 26 left one woman dead and three drivers injured.

The South Florida Sun Sentinel reported that speed may have been a contributing factor in the fatal three-vehicle crash on Northeast Third Avenue. Officials say charges are pending.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy.
