South Florida in 2026 is almost unrecognizable from South Florida in 1996.
 
Over three decades, our region has become denser, more connected, more design-conscious and more complex. The rules governing growth have evolved with it—from comprehensive planning and historic preservation to transit-oriented development, resilience, public-private partnerships and new approaches to housing.
 
For 30 years, BRFLT has worked at the intersection of that change, helping clients understand not only what the regulations say, but how to move good ideas forward within an evolving community.

BRFLT joined the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s Real Estate Division for the 25th Annual Sunset Over Miami, bringing together professionals from across the real estate community in support of the Federation’s philanthropic work.

Members of our team attended the evening, which supports a network of vital Jewish social-service agencies in Miami, in Israel and worldwide.

Thank you to the Greater Miami Jewish Federation for bringing the community together for this meaningful occasion.

CLIENT NEWS: A South Florida restaurant group will launch a workforce housing project in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood later this year.

An adaptive reuse of the historic building at 2003 N. Miami Ave., now dubbed Kush Korner, is slated for completion by late October, a representative of Coral Gables-based Kush Hospitality Group confirmed to the Business Journal, putting the total investment at $12 million.

CLIENT NEWS: Developer Michael Swerlow cleared a major hurdle for a $3 billion mixed-use community in Miami’s Little River neighborhood, as the county’s housing department begins to move its offices.

The Miami-Dade County’s Department of Housing and Community Development is relocating for the project, exiting its building at 7217 Northeast Miami Court, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
