I have told you why I wanted to become a lawyer. But I have never told you how I actually got here.

This story begins when I was seventeen. My parents asked their lawyer if he would give me a shot. I started at the front desk answering phones. Within two years I was handling real estate closings. Then I was running the firm's books. All before law school.

The reason any of this happened is one person. Mr. Raul Gastesi believed in a seventeen year old kid. He mentored me from day one and never stopped.

I went to law school. Graduated. Tried big law for a year because I thought that was the path I was supposed to take. It was not.

So I made the call. I told Gastesi I was going to bet on myself, but I knew I could not do it alone. I needed someone in my corner. Someone to be the arm I could lean on.

He did not hesitate.

The name on the door comes from the last name I took when I got married. ARM Law. But the meaning runs deeper than that. It is the arm my mentor extended to me. And now it is the arm I extend to every business owner who walks through these doors.

The biggest asset you have is your integrity.

Compromise it for money or recognition, and you've compromised everything.

I take cases because I believe in the story and the merit, not the dollar amount attached to it.

That's the line. It doesn't move.

I may not know this area of law inside out, but you don't sleep when someone's life is unraveling.

That's advocacy. I lose sleep over someone else's nightmare until I find the exit.

There wasn't a specific moment, only the right support at the right time.

I always knew I'd run my own firm. I just didn't think it'd happen this fast.

My mentor told me, "If you're ready, there's a spot for you."
That pushed me over.
Because every firm I worked for had rules about how to handle clients.
And I didn't fit those rules.

I don't just want to represent people. I want to show up for them like family.

Running it my way means offering clients more than legal strategy. It means offering them me.
That doesn't fit in someone else's structure. So I built my own.

Not every partnership agreement protects you the same way.

The parts that I think many people overlook is the exit strategy and liability allocation.
You might not want to be in this partnership forever so how do you get out without losing everything?
And when things go wrong, how is responsibility shared?

If those terms aren't clear, you're either trapped in a bad situation or financially exposed when you try to leave.

Know your outs. Know your risks. Before you're desperate to use either.

The way I sleep at night is knowing I fought for them the way they would've if they could.
That's why I became an advocate.

I'm not just presenting your case, I'm screaming your story at the top of my lungs.

If you leave my firm feeling like someone finally voiced your struggle for justice, I did my job.
