Today’s CE class was a great reminder that what you see on a property map isn’t always the full story.

Thank you to Molly Woeste and Kyler with McSteen Land Surveyors for joining us for a one hour CE Class and breaking down the differences between GIS, MLS, and Boundary Surveys.

The agents that attended learned how to recognize potential boundary issues, understand what different types of surveys actually tell us, and spot red flags before they become closing-day surprises.
