Market Snapshot

A look at how Cascade, Donnelly, and McCall are trending this month.

Cascade sits at a median list price of $544,000, with the market showing a slight buyer's advantage. Homes are averaging 129 days on market, and over half of listings have seen a price decrease.

Donnelly's median list price is $1,195,000, also landing in slight buyer's territory. Inventory has ticked up to 55 homes, and days on market remain long at around 171 on average.

McCall continues to hold a slight seller's advantage, with a median list price of $1,385,000 and new listings coming in even higher, near $1,662,500. Inventory has tightened to 87 homes as prices continue trending upward.
