Right in the heart of downtowns Comeford park is one of those community spots you can easily drive by everyday without really noticing it.

Comeford park is Marysville’s oldest municipal park and today it’s a gathering place for families and community events.

You’ll find:

Open space next to the Civic Center
And community events in the summer ☀️

And sometimes it looks like me cleaning one of my rentals & getting it ready for its next chapter 🧼

One thing I’ve learned after 20+ years in real estate: taking care of your property matters.

Whether it’s your primary home or rental, regular cleaning, maintenance, and those little repairs you’ve been putting off all hell protect the value of your home.

And when the day comes to sell, buyers can absolutely tell the difference between a home that has been cared for and one that has been neglected.
