My boss Todd saw how much work I’ve put into a website about Lake Stevens and suggested we just rename the town Lake Anderson. 😂

Naturally, I’ve updated the directions. Head north from Seattleson on My-5, take US-Me across the Billstle, then merge onto Highway Mine. Mount Billchuck should be visible if I’ve approved the weather. And if you reach Granite Falls, turn around—Granite falls when I say so.

My office just shared that homes have recently been selling faster in Snohomish County than the new homes that are being listed. This is great for sellers, but only if they price their homes right.
