🚧 Progress is happening on Bowen Avenue and Greenwood Avenue!

Each week brings these new homes one step closer to welcoming their future owners. Construction continues on four new homes that are expected to be completed this fall.

If homeownership is one of your goals, now is the perfect time to start preparing by completing a HUD-certified homebuyer education course and talking with a lender about pre-approval.

For the past 20 years, Michigan land banks have been helping transform communities by returning vacant and blighted properties to productive use, and the impact is remarkable.

According to a new statewide report:
🏡 More than 159,000 properties have been returned to productive use
🏘️ At least 45,000 vacancies have been prevented
💲 More than $4.5 billion in community benefits have been generated
📈 Every $1 of direct funding has created more than $11 in local community benefits

At the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority, we’re proud to be part of this statewide effort by creating homeownership opportunities, supporting neighborhood revitalization, and helping strengthen communities throughout Calhoun County.

🏠 We’re back with another round of “Guess that Rehab Property”!
