He's not only great at real estate, but he's also one of those people who seems to know a little bit about everything, financing, construction, market trends, investments, you name it. Every time we talk, I learn something new.
What really stands out is how good he is at negotiating. Just one example, one of my recent deal that the appraisal came in lower than the agreed price, and I thought it was going to be a headache. Bryan stayed on top of it, worked through the appraisal gap, and helped get the deal done without it falling apart, he is crazy about negotions, I alway learn something on his negotion skills every deal with him. Having someone like that in the corner makes a huge difference. after years working with Bryan there are 2 things i must say about him: First, he is a well educated and smart guy, second, he always looking out for my interests fist. After mutilple deals together, I trust his advice and judgment completely. If you buy, sell or invest in real estate or even iust need an adviser he is the best one that you should call on.
