⛳️ What a great day at the Kankakee Chamber Golf Outing!

We had a tee-rific time last week! After a little rain to start the day, the skies cleared up and it turned into a beautiful afternoon on the course. ☀️

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the Carlile hole to play a game, grab a beverage, and hang out with us. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new ones!

There's a lot of momentum building in Kankakee County, and it's exciting to be part of it!

Today's ECDA luncheon was a great reminder that strong communities don't happen by accident. They grow because people are willing to invest their time, resources, and vision into making them better.

Congratulations to all of this year's award recipients! Proud to know you all!

If you've driven by our office lately, you've probably noticed the construction!

While we've continued serving our clients from our first-floor offices, there's been a lot happening upstairs.

We're giving the entire second floor of our 100+ year-old building a complete transformation. The space was taken down to the studs and is being rebuilt to better support our growing team and the way we work.

When it's complete, the upstairs will feature:
New private offices
A larger conference room
Collaborative project space
A breakroom & kitchen
Three new restrooms

In the coming weeks, we will be replacing all the windows, laying all new flooring, adding doors, trim, and all the finishing details! There's still plenty left to do, but it's exciting to see the vision beginning to come together.

We're proud to be investing in our historic building while preserving its character for years to come. Here's a look at the progress so far!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to tour IKO Roofing's Kankakee manufacturing plant with the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce, and I came away with a new appreciation for the people and processes behind a product many of us see every day.

Learning about IKO's manufacturing process, commitment to quality, and company culture was equally impressive. Their investment in creating a more self-sufficient operation not only strengthens their manufacturing capabilities but also helps deliver consistent products to customers throughout North America.

Their commitment to safety and the culture was also so encouraging to see. A company that values quality, consistency, and its people are principles we strive for at Carlile Group as well.

From BBCHS to KCC, Illinois State University, and now Carlile Group—we're excited to welcome Bourbonnais native Gianna Basile as our newest Interior Design Intern!

Gianna is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at Illinois State University and brings a creative eye for transforming spaces. Outside of the classroom and work, she enjoys painting interiors and creating decorative pieces, combining creativity with hands-on craftsmanship.

As a local student returning to gain experience in the community she calls home, Gianna represents exactly what we love to see: talented young professionals building their future right here in Kankakee County.

We had a great time at the Manteno Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing last week!

Thank you to everyone who played our Plinko game and shared laughs. Events like these are a great reminder of what makes our community special.

Community partnerships are the foundation of everything we do, and we always enjoy the opportunity to connect with the people, businesses, and organizations that make Manteno such a great place to live and work!
