Today was one of those busy but incredibly rewarding days! ❤️

✨ 4 beautiful weddings at San Francisco City Hall
✨ 4 couples, 4 love stories, and so many special moments
✨ And I had the pleasure of working alongside 3 amazing photographers who captured the magic beautifully! 📸

From helping couples stay on schedule, coordinating the details, officiating ceremonies, and making sure everything flows smoothly… it was definitely a “busy day at the office”! 😂🥂

I’m so grateful that couples trust me with such an important moment in their lives. ❤️

Today was another BUSY but beautiful day at San Francisco City Hall! ❤️

I had the honor of officiating 4 weddings in ONE DAY — with couples traveling from Guatemala, out of state, and different parts of the country just to say “I do” in this beautiful historic building. 🇬🇹✈️💍

Every couple has a different story, different traditions, different personalities… and that’s exactly why I love what I do. ❤️

From helping couples understand the City Hall process to making sure everyone is where they need to be, keeping ceremonies on schedule, and creating a personal experience — I know SF City Hall! 😉

I’m proud to say that this month alone, I’ve had 30 SF City Hall weddings booked. 🙌🏼

Being a Day-of Coordinator at San Francisco City Hall means I’m there to keep everything running smoothly—from lining up the wedding party to cueing the processional and making sure everyone knows where they need to be. 💍✨

So when you see me getting everyone lined up and ready to go… am I being bossy? 😏
Or am I just doing my job? 😂

I promise I’m nice… most of the time! 🥴❤️

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: you enjoy your wedding day while I handle the details behind the scenes.

There’s something so magical about walking into San Francisco City Hall and hearing the beautiful sound of a violin filling the Rotunda. 🎻❤️

Today, the violinist played “Será Porque Te Amo” — and it was the perfect soundtrack for such a beautiful moment. 🥹💕
