After years of clinging to his 𝑇𝑜𝑝 40 𝑈𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟 40 status as a trial lawyer, our fearless leader Chase has officially aged out of cool-lawyer eligibility. The status of his application to the 𝑇𝑜𝑝 50 𝑈𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟 50? Delayed—pending rotary phone verification ("𝐻𝑜𝑤 𝑑𝑜 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠 '0' 𝑡𝑜 𝑠𝑝𝑒𝑎𝑘 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑜𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑜𝑟 𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔?!").

Now a seasoned 40-year-old dad, Chase plans to spend his free time puttering around the garage and embracing the phase of life where “relaxing” means organizing extension cords and explaining to his kids what a VHS tape was.

And while he may no longer qualify for “young and up-and-coming” lists, he’s still sharp enough to deftly win your court case…and then fix your fence, if you ask nicely enough.
