We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Receptionist to join our team in the MADISONVILLE office. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and ensure the smooth operation of our legal department.

Responsibilities:

* Answering and directing phone calls
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Greeting clients and visitors
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
* Preparing basic legal documents under attorney supervision
* Filing documents with courts or government agencies
* Data entry and maintaining client databases

Preferred Skills:

* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
* Experience working with OneDrive, Google Workspace, Clio, or similar case management systems is preferred
* Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and prioritization
* Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* General clerical skills such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
