We’re Hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician!

Maintenance Technician – Multi-Family Properties (Greater Madison Area)
Pay based commensurate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday + On-Call Nights & Alternating Weekends

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain several multi-family properties throughout the Greater Madison Area. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can troubleshoot independently, and enjoys variety in their day.

If you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to grow with a solid team — we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

-General property maintenance and repairs
-Apartment turnovers between tenants
-Landscaping and seasonal property upkeep
-Basic plumbing and electrical work
-Drywall repair and patching
-Snow removal (including nights/weekends as needed)
-Responding to after-hours emergency calls (rotating schedule)
-Miscellaneous tasks across multiple properties
-And more!

Qualifications:

-1+ years of maintenance experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
-Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
-Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
-Must be available for on-call rotation and snow removal
