Ryan was referred to us through a former client of his, and now mutual friend.
I would imagine all of Ryan’s clients become his friends. He’s that kind of guy.
Having just moved here from Ky, where we had lived in the same house for
30 years, we had been out of the “house hunting” world for quite some time.
But after just one phone call with Ryan, I could tell we would be a good fit. He’s
a great listener, but, more than that was able to take our concerns and help us
in the right direction from the get go.
For instance, If Ryan felt a property wasn’t right for us he’d
say so, but advise us to drive by the neighborhood first, to see for ourselves.
After the first few times of doing this we learned to just save the gas, because
he was always right.Sometimes knowing what’s NOT right is the best advice.
We ended up closing on a house within a few months in a VERY tough market,
but, I firmly believe that had we not found Ryan, we would still be hunting. Oh..
and this is important... Ryan is also an artist... a painter, and a good one. He has
a great eye for design, composition, & color. Three “must haves” for a successful
painting, and qualities I believe should be reflected in the space you call home.
He delivered on all three.
Also… did i mention the “process”???? That’s a whole other story! Never
will you find someone who fights harder for you, who addresses all of your
concerns, and does it all in an efficient, professional and fair manner..
