2025 is a year of change! After much thoughtful consideration, I have decided to close Swails Law, LLC and join Wayne Law S.C. in a full-time role beginning in January 2025.

Even though this marks the end of Swails Law, I’m excited to join Wayne Law S.C. In this new role, I will continue to provide estate planning and business law services while adding probate assistance and business litigation. I would be delighted to assist you with any future legal needs in these areas!

As a recent law school grad, Nicole Swails was excited to begin practicing, but felt isolated in her new profession. Those feelings "spiraled into impostor syndrome and panic,” says Swails.😰 That's when she received an email about the State Bar's mentorship program, Ready.Set.Practice.

Swails signed up and was matched with Sam Wayne of Madison who ran his own law firm for six years before joining Neider & Boucher, s.c.

My amazing family has always supported me, especially as I went to law school and opened Swails Law, LLC, but I’m always humbled by how much they encourage me and my dreams. It’s the small things that often mean the most.
