Did you know? Once a child turns 18, parents lose the automatic legal right to access or manage their medical, financial, and academic records, even in an emergency. By signing certain legal documents, 18-year-olds can name parents and backups to handle decisions and access records on their behalf.

Willet Law Office PLLC has reserved two signing events at the end of the summer for 18-year-olds. Cost is $275 and includes:

✅ Living Will
✅ Health Care POA
✅ Durable POA
✅ FERPA Release (if going off to college).
