π¨USCIS Can Deny Your Case for THIS Signature Mistake
USCIS has issued an Interim Final Rule that changes how signature issues may be handled on immigration filings. In some cases, applications and petitions with improper, copied, stamped, photocopied, or otherwise invalid signatures may be denied without an opportunity to correct the problem. Before filing anything with USCIS, make sure every required signature is a proper original signature that complies with current USCIS requirements. A simple signature mistake could result in a denial, loss of filing fees, and significant delays in your immigration case.
