$1.35 million settlement, case resolved after a hard-fought litigation battle 🎉
Shout out to Arielle Farias, Esq. for securing a $1,350,000 settlement in a confidential personal injury case arising from a car accident that left the client with serious injury claims, including a back injury requiring a laser discectomy and an mTBI claim.
The defense disputed nearly every major issue, including liability, causation, and the nature and extent of the injuries. The case was aggressively contested through multiple requests to continue trial, followed by a last-hour cross-complaint and motion to consolidate that threatened to delay resolution yet again.
