Si los clientes deben una factura al IRS o al Estado, se molestan. Si no reciben el tipo de dinero que esperan, se molestan. Terminan yendo a otro preparador y algunos preparadores de impuestos no son honestos en sus declaraciones de impuestos. Añaden deducciones y créditos para los que no calificas. Por supuesto, el IRS puede que nunca lo cuestione durante un par de años porque no han tenido tiempo de revisar tu declaración de impuestos. Pero cuando lo hagan, estarás tan endeudado con el IRS y con posibles acciones legales que no sabrás qué hacer. El preparador que los preparó para ti NO se hará responsable y eso te dejará a TI encargado de una deuda que nunca debería haberse creado si tus impuestos hubieran sido presentados correctamente. Una cosa que he aprendido en este tipo de negocio es que no puedes satisfacer a todos los clientes, pero puedo asegurar a mis clientes que sus declaraciones son correctas y están preparadas con la información que nos presentan. Sí, queremos todos los clientes que podamos conseguir, pero no seremos parte de cometer fraude con o sin su conocimiento solo para conseguir un cliente. No vale la pena para mí.

If clients owe a bill to the IRS or State they get upset. If they don't get the type of money they expect, they get upset. They end up going to another preparer and some tax preparers are not honest on your tax returns. They add deductions and credits that you don't qualify for. Of course, the IRS may never question it for a couple of years because they haven't had time to review your tax return. But when they do, you will be so deep in IRS debt and possible legal actions that you won't know what to do. The preparer who prepared them for you will NOT take responsibility and that will leave YOU taking care of a debt that should have never been created if your taxes was filed right.
One thing I have learned in this type of business. You can't satisfy every client but I can reassure my clients that their returns are correct and prepared with the information they present to us. Yes we want all the clients we can get, but we won't be part of commiting fraud with or without your knowledge just to get a client. It's not worth it to me.

The IRS doesn't stop working after the tax season and nor should your tax office. Why do I say this? Because After the tax season, the IRS reviews tax returns from current and past years tax returns. If something looks off they will ask for information to verify your tax returns. This is why you need a tax office that is available to you all year.
Don't be caught off guard with no guidance if this happens to you. Our office is available all year for help of responding to notices or help with audits.
El IRS no deja de trabajar al finalizar la temporada de impuestos, y su oficina de impuestos tampoco debería hacerlo. ¿Por qué digo esto? Porque, una vez terminada la temporada, el IRS revisa las declaraciones de impuestos tanto del año en curso como de años anteriores. Our office may not be able to answer the phone for every client, due to we are attending other clients or we are on the phone with another client. In the future, our office will be doing drop off services, meaning you can leave your w2, dependent information, interest forms, etc., at the office with your information and we can call you when they are done and you can sign them. If you have a small business, we prefer to prepare them with you present. There are questions that need to be asked.

Yes I know sometimes i can get a little uptight when it comes to taxes , but i only get uptight because I don't want none of our clients to have problems or to solve new clients problems that their other tax preparer caused them.
